Quality care, built around the communities we serve
For more than a decade, CommunityCare IPA has been the partner of choice for independent physicians and health centers serving California's most diverse patient populations.
An IPA built for community-based care
CommunityCare IPA (CCIPA) is an independent practice association serving California's Imperial Valley, San Diego County, and the Central Valley. We bring together a network of community-based physicians, FQHCs, and specialists to deliver coordinated, culturally responsive care to managed-care members.
Founded in 2013, CCIPA combines the local knowledge of community providers with the operational infrastructure, technology, and clinical support that today's value-based care demands.
Our work centers on three commitments: removing barriers to care for the patients we serve, supporting the operational health of our provider partners, and meeting the highest standards of quality measurement.
To provide community-based physicians and FQHCs with a managed, integrated care delivery system that serves their communities in an organized, efficient, compassionate, and financially responsible manner.
Investing in the communities we serve
Beyond managed care, CCIPA invests in local programs, language access, and partnerships that strengthen access to care across our regions.
